  • Skinny Eggs

Two eggs or eggbeaters scrambled with our freshly made salsa, served with low fat cottage cheese, wheat toast, and fresh fruit.

  • Rubychick Burger

Grilled Chicken breast with lettuce, tomato, and mayo (Substitute honey mustard for the mayo to save calories and grams of fat).

  • Chinese Chicken Salad

Mixed Greens, celery, green onion, red bell pepper, wonton strips and grilled chicken breast with choice of our Original Asian or fat-free Sesame Ginger dressing.
