Airport Dietitian's Advice:
Seafood is an ideal protein because it’s low in artery-clogging saturated fat, and fish rich in omega-3 fats, like salmon, promote cardiovascular health! What better way of getting your daily dose of omega-3 fats than by dining at an upscale sushi restaurant? Hamachi Sushi Bar features a variety of heart healthy items, but there are two things to be cautious about when eating sushi: “spicy” rolls are usually made with a rich mayonnaise-based sauce and should be eaten sparingly, and if you’re watching your sodium intake, use low-sodium soy sauce sparingly.
